Application Terms of Use

These Application Terms of Use govern use of the PRIMELEDLIGHT quote management application (the "Application"), operated by SID & WARI TRADING LLC DBA PRIMELEDLIGHT ("PRIMELEDLIGHT", "we", "us"). The Application lets customers submit project quote requests on primeledlight.com and lets authorized PRIMELEDLIGHT staff review those requests and, with explicit confirmation, create Estimates in PRIMELEDLIGHT's own QuickBooks Online company.

The QuickBooks integration is private and internal. It connects only to PRIMELEDLIGHT's QuickBooks company and is not offered for use by other businesses or their QuickBooks accounts.

• Customers and prospective customers may use the public quote request form to request pricing.
• Only PRIMELEDLIGHT staff accounts granted administrator access may use the quote dashboard or the QuickBooks features.
• You must provide accurate information and may not submit requests on behalf of someone else without their permission.

Submitting a quote request does not create an order or a binding price. A quote or QuickBooks Estimate is an offer that becomes binding only when confirmed in writing by PRIMELEDLIGHT. Online purchases are governed by our Terms & Conditions and completed through Shopify's checkout.

The Application never creates invoices, takes payments or emails Estimates automatically. Any tax treatment, including tax exemption, is confirmed by staff for each transaction.

The Application uses Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorization. Access is granted by a PRIMELEDLIGHT administrator and can be withdrawn at any time by disconnecting in the Application or in the QuickBooks Online account settings. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; the Application is not made, endorsed or supported by Intuit. Use of QuickBooks itself is governed by Intuit's terms.

• Do not attempt to access accounts, data or administrator features you are not authorized to use.
• Do not upload malicious files, unlawful content or documents you do not have the right to share.
• Do not interfere with, probe or overload the Application or its connected services.

We may suspend access or remove content that violates these terms.

Our handling of information submitted through the Application, including QuickBooks data, is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRIMELEDLIGHT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Application and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use, including delays or errors in connected third-party services such as QuickBooks Online or Shopify.

We may update these terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Effective" date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
